Above is a photo of Julio Curiel and his family. The breadwinner for his family, Julio is a hardworking immigrant who entered the United States legally over 20 years ago. Despite this, Julio was recently detained by ICE for a minor traffic violation. He is currently being held in ICE custody. He will not be with his daughter Adriana to celebrate her 21st birthday. He will not get to watch his daughter Ydalia graduate with her high school diploma and her associate's. And his family is left to bear the burden of attorney fees, mortgage payments, and other living expenses without his income.
